First, we nourish ourselves, then we nourish the world. The fifth class in our 12 Keys To A True You course is one of my personal favourites - Key 5: Nourishment.
This class will include Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, infused with Qigong and Kundalini practices to optimise the energies between mind, body and spirit, and a laying meditation at the end.
Yoga mats and props will be provided. Please feel free to bring water, and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
