About Trinity Yoga
My name is Deborah Doherty, and I am an Advanced Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Buddhist practitioner, and festival facilitator.
I teach a type of yoga called Luminous Warrior Yoga, which incorporates Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Trauma & Nervous System Regulation & the 12 Keys for Exceptional Living. I am certified by Yoga Farm Ithica, a Yoga Alliance registered school, as both a Qualified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher and an Advanced Yoga Teacher.
Trinity Yoga is based in County Tipperary, Ireland, and serves regular classes in both Tipperary and Offaly as well as events further afield in Ireland, the UK and beyond.
